In order to best serve my clients, appointments need to be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. 

I do not offer same day appointments. 

Note: Credit card information will be required to secure your appointment. 

Cancellation Policy

• We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, 

• 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

• Anyone who either forgets or misses their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged for their “missed” appointment. (Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours notice will not be charged.)

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible to pay for the “full” session as scheduled. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Expectations

• Arrive prepared for your session by being clean, free of drugs and alcohol. 

• Let me know of your medical conditions since there are times a massage should be modified or should not be done. 

• I try to provide a smoke-free environment for the health and comfort of all clients. Please refrain from smoking on the premises. If possible, refrain from smoking on the day of the massage.

• Modesty is a priority. Clients who choose a traditional massage will be draped with a sheet at all times during the session. Only the parts of the body being worked on are exposed at any time. The genitals are never exposed or massaged. 

• Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or behavior made by the client will result in immediate termination of the session and the client will be liable for full payment of the session fee. In an effort to ensure the safety of my clients and myself, I have a ZERO tolerance policy and reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for any reason.

• Massage/bodywork should not be construed as a substitute for medical or mental health examination, diagnosis, or treatment. All clients should see a physician, chiropractor, counselor, or other qualified medical specialist for any mental or physical ailment they are aware of. 

• Privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.

• Clients are treated fairly and ethically, with respect, and dignity at all times. 

• While massage is beneficial for many things, everyone's experience is different. Results are not guaranteed.
